Staff Wellbeing

If you have ever travelled by aeroplane, and listened to the safety briefing, you are likely to have heard the advice to ‘put on your own oxygen mask before helping others’. 

Working in education can be satisfying and rewarding, but also challenging.  Looking after your own health and wellbeing ensures you are in an optimal position to respond to the challenges that working in a busy, dynamic environment can present.  It is equally important to remain mindful of your colleagues and their wellbeing too.
